Our goal is to give everyone the attention and consistency in treatment that they need in order to reach their treatment goals. In our journey to wellness, MMPACS focuses on the 8 dimensions of wellness. We take a multidimensional approach to our client’s treatment, diving into the different aspects of your life and bringing balance. To meet each of our clients unique needs, we focus on providing custom tailored treatment plans to address your goals.

Online counselling

Individual Therapy

Build a healthy foundation of emotional regulation skills, allowing us to better address more complex concerns and symptoms.  Sync up for 30-60 minutes calls to create a plan to reach your treatment goals. 

Group Therapy

​Groups can be helpful because it can help us gain perspectives or learn skills that we have never considered before. It can also be helpful to connect with others who are working through the same challenges that you might be experiencing. Like my individual sessions, I put a large emphasis on safety and creating a space of vulnerability.

Self-Help Materials

Many times, people outside a therapy session discontinue the process of being mindful and creating time/space for self-reflection. The materials provided by our organization can be a great way to keep consistency in our journey to wellness while helping us be reminded to stay balanced in our lives.

Join the Community

Though this is not a replacement for individual or group therapy, having a community of other people who are working towards the same goal can help us stay on track or bring us back on track should we take a detour on our journey. MMPACS wants to build a community for others to come and find hope no matter where the journey of life takes them.
